2. Quotations and Pricing
2.1 Free Consultations
Initial home consultations and measurements are provided free of charge within our service area.
2.2 Quotation Validity
Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
2.3 Pricing
- All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT where applicable
- Prices include standard installation within our service area
- Additional charges may apply for complex installations
- Material costs may fluctuate; final pricing confirmed at point of order
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed quotation and deposit payment.
3.2 Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
- Balance due upon completion of installation
- Payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque
- Card payments accepted for deposits over £500
4. Manufacturing and Installation
4.1 Lead Times
Standard manufacturing time is 3-4 weeks from order confirmation. Custom or complex orders may require additional time.
4.2 Installation
- Installation appointments scheduled upon completion of manufacturing
- Access to property required for the duration of installation
- Customer responsible for ensuring clear access to windows
- Furniture protection provided during installation
5. Cancellations and Changes
5.1 Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of confirmation. Custom-made items cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced. Cancellation fees may apply.
5.2 Changes to Orders
Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional charges and extend lead times.
6. Warranty and Aftercare
6.1 Product Warranty
- 12-month warranty on all products and workmanship
- 5-year warranty on motorized systems
- Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware components
- Normal wear and tear excluded from warranty
6.2 Aftercare Service
Complimentary aftercare service provided for 12 months post-installation. Details available on our Aftercare page.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Public Liability
Roxanne's Interiors carries £2 million public liability insurance. Full insurance details available upon request.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.
